We meet your various needs through our consolidated value for prototyping and processing of parts by providing a wide variety of solutions through sheet metal processing, pressing and lathe machining with our latest equipment and manufacturing system.
You can do away with the hassle of figuring out which technology or facility is required for a particular work, or having to separate orders depending on required processing needs.
We process a wide variety of materials including iron, aluminum, copper, phosphor bronze, brass, spring materials, SUS stainless steel, titanium, etc. and also materials that are difficult to process as well.
We deliver small lot orders domestically and have history of shipping overseas for prototypes ranging from 1 to 1000 units (for machining parts up to approx. 100 units). For sheet metal parts, lead time is 2 to 10 days and for machined parts about 2 to 3 weeks.
Original dies and equipment are made in-house.
We manufacture our own dies and other equipment for bending, punching or drawing to meet customers’ needs in processing prototypes or products. Because we do not outsource die-making, we are able to process your order with minimal lead time.
Moreover, we are able to perform imaginative and original work, as well as fine-tune metal dies quickly in-house, so there is a big upside to the quality and accuracy of the finished product.

We receive many inquiries voicing concerns such as;

This is a case from the past where the customer was declined from other companies and had inquired us about it. As for the result, we successfully met the precision requirement for the product that our customer needed.

Recently, it is rare that a micro-parts the size of a sesame seed made by micro thin sheet metal pressing to incorporate only sheet metal technology and experience.

Reason for Speed #1: Response and Quotation speed
First, the sales rep that responds to the inquiry will fully understand the drawing, specs and requirements to decide the appropriate method and then maps out the process to provide the quote as well as lead time in a minimal amount of time.

Lastly, it is critical to continue as an organization to work hard in speeding up the processing work while maintaining the quality to achieve short lead time.
Effort on the hardware side: While enriching the processing facility with variation and types of machines, we have ample number of machines, including 5 multi-functional lathes. (φ3～350 capable)
3 aluminum cutting machining centers with equipment specifically for aluminum cutting permanently attached. Our facility is set to begin processing immediately.
Effort on the software side: The planning of the processing and the knowledge and know-how of the people actually working on a project determines shortening of processing time and cost.
In addition to providing a systematic technical seminar program for every one of our engineers, instructed by independent instructors, we share our data base from the past 200,000 projects providing accumulated knowledge and know-how.

By installing high performance, high efficient and new processing machines and fully learning how to use them quickly is not only crucial for improvement of product quality but also to speed up the process and keep the cost down. These are essential elements in solving problems that could not be addressed in the past, which in turn will directly lead to customers’ profit.
Our company aims to be provide an “all-technology encompassing factory” and incorporate machining centers for 3D processing, 5 axle processing, fiber laser machines, etc., and always follow technology trends and proactively install the most up-to-date equipment.

Thorough inspection system ⁄ quality assurance
The prototype/final product that we deliver to our customers must pass our inspection administered by 3 certified inspectors to meet the specification we stipulate to assure highest quality.
Our company uses 3D measuring device (Mitsutoyo Co.), digital measuring device and microscope (Keyence Co.) for our inspection. We will indicate the actual measurements on the drawing for areas of tolerance. Furthermore, upon request, we will attach inspection results with the delivery as well.
For micro and precision parts, where temperature changes could alter the final measurement, we stabilize the temperature at 23±1 Celsius to process, inspect, and measure with a report on the temperature environment.
Before delivery, the parts always go through a 3 tank supersonic cleaning machine to rid of oils and burrs, and deliver clean parts.
Certified by ISO9001 (Quality Management System) in October, 2003, and we have renewed it three times as we continue to be certified today.

We have developed a mechanism and system whereby everyone in our company can access and utilize the ever accumulating experience in product processing and knowledge that grows with it.
Due to the wide ranging expertise in the area of technology is covered, we conduct internal seminars once or twice a week. Instructors with expertise in respective fields are invited from outside of the company. We continue to learn in order to achieve deeper knowledge and skill sets.
